Visão Geral
Este endpoint retorna o salt exclusivo do parceiro. Este salt deve ser usado em conjunto com o CPF do usuário para gerar ouserHash seguro (usando algoritmo blake2b) necessário para autenticar operações nos endpoints de Cyber.
